CoNS Application

Application Process:

• You must read the CoNS Guidelines and ensure your application meets the requirements noted in the Guidelines
   
• You must read and agree to abide by the NRHSN Travel Policy and Cancellation Policy
   
• Applications need to be submitted by the due date as stated on the CoNS Calendar
   
• Your application must include a Letter of Support from you Club's Executive
   
• You must complete your application, answering all questions in the CoNS Application Form.
   
• Submit your CoNS Application Form to the NRHSN via email.

Applcations that are not completed and do not comply with the above points and CoNS Guidelines will not be considered.

Please note: If your application is successful, you are only able to apply for reimbursement of expenses that you have outlined in your application form and approved in writing by the NRHSN. We do not reimburse expenses that have been incurred prior to written authorisation. You must provide us with copies of the relevant Tax Invoices (including an ABN number).
