The National Rural Health Students' Network (NRHSN) represents 29 Rural Health Clubs (RHC) with over 9000 members located at universities throughout Australia. The NRHSN is a multidisciplinary Network.

Travel Proforma

The below travel proforma is for Rural Health Club members who have been approved for CoNS funding and need to submit their flight details to the NRHSN staff. This form can also be used for things such as Face2Face meetings, conference attendance etc.

Please research best value flights available and then fill in the below form. We advise that you look at the comparative Virgin Australia flights even if Qantas or other airline's are cheaper because they provide much more flexibility to change or cancel flights.

Please make sure you fill in all fields, otherwise flights may be booked on the wrong date or time or destination. If you have more than one return flight that needs to be booked then please fill these out on seperate forms.
