2022 NRHSN Council 1

2022 NRHSN Council 1 – Online

Saturday 12 February 2022, from 9am (AEDT)

In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, it is with such disappointment that the NRHSN has decided to postpone the upcoming face-to-face Council 1 meeting in Melbourne. As health students, we are acutely aware of the strain that this outbreak is having on our healthcare system and we encourage all of our members to do what they can to slow the spread of Omicron, protecting those around us and supporting our healthcare system.  For us, as the peak body for Rural Health students, reducing the need for travel and postponing our large face-to-face events is the least we can do to support our colleagues.

The NRHSN is excited to bring to you Council 1 – now in an online format. While we are very disappointed that we won’t be able to meet in person, it doesn’t slow our enthusiasm about Rural Health and the vast opportunities that 2022 brings. In this online Council, we look forward to sharing with you

  • An overview of the NRHSN’s plans and activities for 2022
  • An opportunity for you to get to know other RHC Leaders in your area
  • Support in event planning and delivering your RHC activities for 2022
  • Grab a coffee on us!

We look forward to seeing you online for now and meeting you face-to-face once it is safe for us to do so.
