Dr Sonia Henry, who is a champion for remote medicine, will speak about health equity for rural and First Nations people while Grant Dusting, social researcher and the Director of Strategy at McCrindle, will highlight the latest rural workforce research, talk about how to respond strategically to current and future trends and what organisations should be thinking about when it comes to Generations Z and Alpha in the workforce.
The international keynote speaker, April Kyle, President and CEO of the Southcentral Foundation (SCF) in Alaska will open the second day’s proceedings. April will engage audiences with the story of Southcentral Foundation’s Nuka System of Care, a customer-owned system that provides health care and related services for approximately 65,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people.
