Geraldton and Midwest Rural Student Vocational Experience

 

Rural Health West and the Western Australian Centre for Rural Health are offering fully-funded rural vocational experiences for ten first and second year undergraduate allied health students and first year postgraduate allied health students.

The experiences focus on learning about interprofessional rural practice in Geraldton and include a visit to the Mount Magnet community, local health services, simulation education and clinical observation.

To be eligible for this opportunity you will require:

  • Membership to a Student Rural Health Club
  • An interest in learning more about rural practice
  • Availability for the full two week program
