Every year a collaboration of Kimberley health providers organise a two day chronic disease workshop alternating between Broome, Kununurra and Derby. This year it is Broome’s turn.

This workshop is strongly interdisciplinary and multisectoral, and open to health professionals of all disciplines, as well as students, researchers, academics and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers.

The program is focused on issues relevant to the Kimberley, highlighting effective health delivery models in remote areas.

Attendees will go home with new strategies for the management of Chronic Disease and a clearer understanding of services within the region. A great chance to network and develop valuable contacts.

There is no charge to attend but you must register to allow us to plan catering. We understand that it can be difficult to attend two full days and encourage you to attend when possible.
